Shipping & Postage
Customers who reside within the Brisbane metro area receive free delivery on all orders. Please refer to our Delivery & Pick Up section for further detail, including a list of postcodes that qualify for free delivery.
For orders outside of Brisbane, we ship throughout Australia using both Australia Post and courier services to make sure you get the best service possible and that you receive your order quickly. We offer both standard post and express post options. Shipping costs include postage and handling. Orders will be dispatched the following business day after payment is received, unless they fall on a public holiday.
Most mainland Australian addresses take 1 to 5 business days for standard post and 1 to 2 business days for express post. Please note that should you not be home at time of delivery, our drivers have an Authority to Leave your package in a secure location if possible, otherwise they will organise a re-delivery for you.
Occasionally we may split the shipping of orders for ease of logistics. If we split your order, we will email you with the associated tracking numbers.
All of our products are sent in durable packaging and packaged with cushioning filler when necessary to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged on your end. Please note that once your parcel has been logged with the respective shipping provider, all responsibility and liability lays with them. If you do receive your order with damaged packaging, please let us know and we'll gladly follow up for you with the respective postal carrier.
Once your order has been booked in with our shipping provider, we will contact you with your parcel tracking number.
