Can I pick up my order?

At the moment our store operates out of a small residential office and a warehouse for our stock, so order picks up are not possible. We are, however, more than happy to deliver anywhere in Brisbane.

Can you deliver/ship an urgent order?

For Brisbane residents, we are more than happy to deliver the same day you order should you require your order urgently. Simply get in contact with us via our Contact page.

For customers outside of Brisbane, all our products can be ordered using an express shipping option. Be sure to select this option when you checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We are more than happy to refund any change-of-mind purchases provided the shipment has not already been booked with a postal carrier. Should you require an order cancellation on an order that has been booked for shipment, please get in contact with us via our Contact page and we will liaise with you on a case-by-case basis to see if cancellation and refund is possible. 

Please note that the cancellation of an order which has already been booked for shipment may incur a shipping cancellation fee.

If you require a change to your order, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate your updates.

What do I do if my product is faulty or damaged?
If you receive your order with damage or you find that part or all of your order is faulty, please get in contact with us via our Contact page so we may liaise with you with regards to an exchange, return or refund. You may also refer to our Exchanges & Refunds section.



Will my order be delivered or shipped?

As we are a Brisbane-based company, we offer free delivery twice a week to customers in the Brisbane metro area. To check if you qualify for free delivery, please check our Delivery & Pick Up section.

For customers outside of the Brisbane metro area, all orders are shipped using either Australia Post or one of our trusted postal carriers to make sure you get your goodies as soon as possible. 

How much will shipping cost?
We offer a $10 flat rate shipping rate for all Australian orders. Select items within our store may come with free shipping included. Please refer to the product description to see if your item qualifies for free shipping.

Please note that if you include both free shipping and paid shipping items in your order, a $10 shipping fee will apply. 

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible after it is received and payment has cleared.
Orders placed by 9pm AEST are booked in for shipment the following business day.
Orders placed after 9pm AEST may be included in the following business day shipments should capacity allow.
Once your order has been booked for shipment, you should received a confirmation email with your tracking number and details of the postal carrier.

Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. 

Why isn't my tracking number working?

As it takes some time for shipment bookings to register with our postal carriers, you may experience some delays with regards to tracking numbers. If your tracking number still isn't working after one business day, please get in contact with us via our Contact page and we will follow up on your behalf.

Can I combine orders for shipment?

If you find that you have made two orders within close succession of one another (perhaps you forgot to include an item on your initial order), we may be able to combine shipping and refund the postage charge for the second order. Please get in contact with us via our Contact page to see if we can arrange this for you.

What if my shipment is delayed or undelivered?

If you experience any delays or issues with regards to your shipment, please get in contact with us via our Contact page and we will follow up for you as soon as possible. Please note that our postal carriers do not operate over weekends or public holidays, so we may not be able to follow up on your inquiry until the next business day.

Do you ship overseas?
We currently do no take orders from customers outside of Australia.

 


The product I want to buy is out of stock, how do I know when it will be back in stock?

We try to refill our inventory as soon as we can, however some products are imported from overseas and may incur longer wait times. Shoot us a message via our Contact page and we should be able to give you a more exact time frame for the product you're interested in. We also announce on our Facebook page when a product is back in stock, so it's worth following us for updates. 

Can you help me figure out how to use this product I'm thinking of buying?

Of course we can! We are a team of dedicated cosplay nerds, with many years combined experience in costume building. If you're curious how a product works or what's the best product to buy for your project, we're here to help. You can reach us via our Contact page or via our Facebook page.

I'm looking for a specific product that you don't stock, can you help?
If you know of any cool products that would be useful to our customers, we'd love to hear about it! We are constantly on the look out for new, exciting and innovative products to stock. If we don't have plans to stock it, we may be able to help you find a supplier who does.

 


Do you have a physical store?

At the moment we only have an online store, though we hope to open a bricks and mortar store in the near future so we can meet all our wonderful customers in person.

How can I get in contact with a team member?
You can contact us on 1300 651 188 during office hours, seven days a week. Alternatively, we are contactable via Facebook any time of the day.

 


Do you do commission work?

We do take on commission work, but on a very limited basis. If you'd like to work with us on a commissioned build, please get in contact with the team via our Contact page to see if we have the availability. If we aren't able to take on your project, we will definitely be able to find a reputable artisan who can.

Can you sponsor my cosplay?

Unfortunately we are not taking on any sponsorships at the moment, but we hope to in the future. Be sure to share your website, portfolio or social media with us so we can get in contact with you when an opportunity arises.
